The NLAS4684 is an advanced CMOS analog switch fabricated on a submicron silicon gate CMOS process. The device is a dual independent single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch with ultra-low on-resistance of 0.5 Ω for normally closed (NC) switching and 0.8 Ω ultra low for normally open (NO) switching at 2.7 V. Low on-resistance. The part also features a guaranteed break-before-make switch, ensuring that the switch does not short out the driver. The NLAS4684 features a 2.0 x 1.5 mm bumped chip array with a 3 x 4 solder bump arrangement. The solder bumps are spaced at 0.5 mm for easy handling. It also features 3 X 3 mm QFN-10 and 3 X 5 mm Micro-10 encapsulation.
