The NLAS7242 is a DPDT switch ideal for high-speed USB 2.0 applications in portable systems. It features ultra-low on-resistance, Con = 7.5pF (typ), and a bandwidth of over 950 MHz. It is ideal for applications with a single USB interface connector, sending multiple signal types. High Performance Silicon-Gate CMOS MC74LVX4066 uses a silicon-gate CMOS process to achieve fast propagation delay, low on-resistance, and low off-channel leakage. This bidirectional switch/mux/demultiplexer controls analog and digital voltages that vary over the full supply range (VCC to GND). The LVX4066 is functionally identical to the pin-out of the metal-gate high-speed CMOS MC14066 and high-speed CMOS HC4066A. Each device has four independent switches. The device design has a much lower on-resistance (RON) than metal-gate CMOS analog switches and is more linear with respect to input voltage. The on/off control input is compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pull-up resistors, it is compatible with LSTTL outputs.
